I would not of figured that you could get in trouble in any state for trapping nuisance coon out of someones corn patch,you never said you harmed the coon in any way and i dont know GA laws but i wonder what you suppose to do if they start eating up all your corn,set back and watch it unfold before your eyes,a friend of mine lives in TN and a local wildlife biologist and a warden both call him every summer to trap coon out of their sweet corn patches.
