I'm sure there were probably other people involved in the breeding of this litter and I'm sure I'll hear about it, but the only person that I knew that owned all these dogs when we got Tramp was Mr. Warren Haslouer, and he is the one I give credit to for these dogs making the type dogs that they did.

Just a few things that I've picked up from studying some of these dogs and their pedigree:

Sexton's Blue Jimmy was an outstanding reproducer

Nt Ch Smokey River Jbell's Be was a full sister to JBS Cheif.

Smokey River Jeans Blue June is Bullet II's mother

The cross of Rambo II x Curlee was an excellent cross.

Gr Nt Ch Double Springs Echo was a brother to Nt Ch Smokey River Be's Blue Jean

Echo was full brother? Also, where does Rambo II fall in to this?

New to Blue.

Was just trying to show some ties to the excellent cross of Smokey River Blue Spud and Nt Ch Smokey River Be's Blue Jean that produced those 5 Grand Night Champions that have made an impact on the Blue tick breed. Not saying that all of their ability came from the bottom side but just some points of interest on producing a top cross.

---------Nt Ch Dryfork Blue Spud
------------Bryant's Blue Sammie
------Nt Ch Smokey River Jbell's Be
------------Nt Ch Jones' Cedar Hill Bl. Jay
---------Smokey River BB's J-Bell
------------Smokey River Maybles BB

Nt Ch Smokey River Jbell's Be was a full sister to JBS Cheif who has had a great impact on the breed.

Jbelll's Be, the sister to Cheif was crossed to Sexton's Jimmy who had great reproducing numbers. That produced Nt Ch Smokey River Be's Blue Jean and also produced Double Springs Echo who was the start of the "Echo" line.

Then Jean was cross onto Smokey River Spud, who was out of Nt Ch Dryfork Blue Spud, which was also Nt Ch Smokey River Jbell's Be's sire.

The Smokey River Spud x Nt Ch Smokey River Be's Blue Jean cross was mainly a Smokey River cross but did have Hammer III and Uchtman's Rebel in their pedigree not that far back. Hammer III to Hammer II and then Uchtman's Rebel were cornerstones to the "Hammer" line and the "Uchtman" line.

The Gr Nt Ch B&D Blue Spike x National Grand Night Champion Wild'N'Blue cross was also another excellent cross which produced several Gr Nt's and Nt Ch's.

Sexton's Blue Jimmy was an outstanding reproducer

Amen to that!
Just think if that dog lived another 5+yrs and had more litters.

Time has proven that these crosses were at or near the top, for our breed.

LA-ARK BLUE WARRIOR to LOUISIANA FLY

UCHTMAN'S REBEL to STOWERS SADIE MAE

MEAD'S SUPER JET 6 to YARBROUGH'S BLUE BESS
