i want a dog that can run a track but knows his limitations (brains)... if he beats around on a track he is gonna take an hour to tree i would rather hear him on one he could move and get treed rather quickly. i like to hear em run but it sure is nice treeing multiple coons night in and night out rather than listening to one stand on his head

AMEN! Hunting one that doesnt know his limitations can lead to some long nights for hunter and dog.
