Sparty

GRNTCH Spartan (Bodacious) was loudest, hardest treeing blue dog I ever had pleasure to own & listen too. The night he finished to grand, Cub treed him at over 2 miles away & had the coon. Take care, Ron.

He wasn't an exceptional dog, but he had an exceptional mouth. I heard he wound up somewhere in the east and bred several females. Always wondered after he left this country.

I had the pleasure of hunting rank hank at the age of 7 he was still loud, he was ntch with 3 wins toward grand. He had the most drive I ever seen in a dog, when you unsnapped him he would take off at a dead run and stay that way till he was treed.

Quite a few years ago at the Minn. state hunt in Preston Mn., i drew out with a younger male out of Cowee Creek Clint that was probably the loudest dog i have ever been with! When he fell treed he drowned the other dogs out and when you got to the tree it actually hurt your ears!! Gene Parrow

I had one a grandson to Vanzants Sam that by far I have never heard one like him. Huge screaming bawl and a locate to die for. I've hunted with Lipper, Sackett, Coma, bred dogs that had real mouths but he would make them sound common.
