I own a 3 yr old from first cross of YOGI x COOL POP .. He will tree u a coon and is independent very .. Does not care what another dog is doing turn him loose and he gone to get struck and find a coon !! Should be another good cross once again !!

Bad news is we couldn't get the timing down on getting semen to Claude so he could get his Cool Pop female bred to Yogi, so Claude is going to make the cross in the fall.

The good news is he has taken Cool Pop back to GR NITE CH UKC WORLD CH Wilcox Thunder Top Gun for a second Gun x Cool Pop cross. I have a male out of the first cross and he is a pretty good young dog. I've had him in two hunts and put a UKC 2nd place win on him. As soon as I get my NITE CH Tree Rockn Nelly female finished to Grand Nite, I plan to start putting my young dog in the hunts. This cross produces big mouth dogs that are up on the wood tree dogs. Mine wouldn't hurt a flea. Never seen him growl or face bark another dog. Just a big happy go lucky young dog.

Bred UKC GR CH NITE CH Main Street Sis HTX to Yogi tonight. Below is the pedigree for this upcoming litter. It is LOADED with winners and reproducers from top to bottom. Every dog in this pedigree has at least a Nite Champion title. The three that did not complete their Grand Nite degree are Nichols Tree Spike, Long's Hardnockin Tammy and Cary or Singletons Red Ruby. Two of these will be in the English Hall of Fame with all three more than likely making it there eventually someday. Been really busy lately hunting these dogs.

I finished Nelly (Roy x Cindy cross) to UKC Grand Nite last weekend. Also placed her on Friday night at the PKC Oklahoma State Championship.

The Yogi x Sis litter is doing great and they look awesome. I will post a picture of these in a couple of days. They are all going to be redtick in color. Cannot wait to get the litter weaned so I can put the last two Nite Champion wins on her to complete her Dual Grand degree. When the litter was born, I had a lot of calls requesting a female pup but they were already booked. Well, the man that originally booked one of the females is not going to be able to take her, so I have one female pup available out of Yogi x Sis that I will sell for $300. This litter is both UKC Performance and PKC Super Stakes. All four grandparents are on the reproducers list, so this is a power packed pedigree of reproducers. They should be ready to go to their new homes in a couple of weeks.

A lot of great things happening at Plus Point English.

I weaned the Yogi x Nite CH GR CH Main Street Sis HTX puppies today and gave them their first 5 n 1 shot. Great looking group of pups. All are going to be dark redtick with big houndy heads and long ears. I was going to shoot a few photos of them today, but it was raining so I held off from the picture taking.

The one male out of this litter may be available. The hunter that had him booked has asked if he could switch his pick to a female. I will know for sure tomorrow. Price on the male will be $300. If looks can tree a coon, he should make a great hound.

These pups are both UKC Performance and PKC Super Stakes eligible. Very nice litter right here. I will get pics on here in the next couple of days.

Had a good hunt with David Cobb and Thomas Applegate from Wagoner, Oklahoma the other night. David picked up his male pup out of the Yogi x Main Street Sis cross and got to see them both under a coon. It was pretty hot and humid, so we called it a night after that.

Remember, Yogi is here for inspection anytime. I am not afraid to turn him loose so you can see him perform. He is a fourth generation all grand, but the best part is he is a pleasure to hunt and can tree those rickeys.

I have a Yogi litter on the ground for those that have called or texted in the past looking for pups. The pups were born Friday, 09/24/2015, out of my middle sons Daugherty's Big Country Jojo female. I haven't sexed them yet but counted six red and white pups. They should all tick up nicely. Jojo is a nice female with a good clear bawl mouth and plenty of volume. She has a nice dying bawl locate breaking over into a steady seventy bark a minute chop. She has two first place wins in UKC, so she needs a cast win to finish her Nite Champion degree. She also needs a best of show with competition to complete her bench show degree. This cross has a lot of Swamp Rooster & Briar Creek blood in it with some very well known blood scattered elsewhere throughout. They should be excellent looking pups with good mouths, hard tree dogs but with a good nose to be able to work those tough tracks in the colder months when the conditions aren't that favorable. JoJo is my middle son's dog. Tyler placed third with Jojo in this years PKC Oklahoma State Youth Championship. It was the only hunt he was able to attend due to his obligations to high school athletics. These puppies will be weaned and Jojo will be ready to go by the time football season concludes, so I expect Tyler to get that last cast win on Jojo to complete her Nite Champion degree. Jojo is an outstanding reproducer as well having puppies that are pleasing their owners and winning in the hunts. One of her pups, NITE CH Lonesome Dove Lori, qualified for this years UKC World Hunt and competed in the Zones this year. Lori is owned by Brett Stevens in Missouri.

I will post some pictures of the litter in a few days and let everyone know what is available. These pups will be priced reasonable. They offer tremendous value considering the overall makeup of the blood that flows through them.

It's not everyday that you have a chance to breed to a stud that is out of the #1 Current Top Producing Male AND out of the #1 Current Top Producing Female. Well, that is what you get with Yogi as his sire, Horn, is the #1 Sire while his Dam, Little Liz, is the #1 Dam in UKC. It doesn't get much better than that.

Yogi is also a five generation all grand which is also rare in the English breed. If you have a nice English female and your looking for loud mouth, open trailing pups with a good nose then you should give Yogi a closer look. His pups sell fast and I have not had one complaint from owners of young started dogs out of Yogi. They start easily. Put them in the woods and let their genetics do the rest.

My son, Allen, has Yogi at his house hunting him in the Deep Fork River bottoms this season so Yogi is available for your inspection at any time. As always, I have had nothing to hide and enjoy the company during a good nights hunt. If you would like to see him go, feel free to give me a call.

I have a litter of pups ready to go now out of Yogi. They are loud! They hurt your ears when you feed them. Very nice looking litter of pups. I will post a few pics of them over the weekend. This time of year is when I stop to think how blessed I am to have such an amazing group of fellow hunters that I call friends. I am also blessed to have three sons that enjoy this sport where I don't have to worry about where they're at on the weekends or them running with the wrong crowd.

I am getting a lot of great reports on Yogi puppies. There isn't a huge number of pups out of him, but the ones I've heard about are doing well. Here is a pic of a Yogi pup out of GR NITE CH Briar Creek Squall. Squall was a direct daughter of GR NITE CH PKC CH Briar Creek Rat Poison making this pup the product of an aunt/nephew cross.

Another Yogi pup. This one pictured on the right is out of Yogi and GR NITE CH Memorymaker Rocksolid Allibye. She is owned by Jeremy Selvidge and he says she has a heck of a mouth on her. I've been waiting patiently for a very special cross to be made and it's finally happened. On Friday, I bred Yogi to UKC Dual Grand Champion Smooth Sippin' Moonshine. If your a fan of old blood, you will really like this cross. Moonshine has thrown titled pups from a cross with GR NITE CH Hardtime Swamp Cat.
