These Crossbreed guys will never support their breed or a breed day event. They only want to legitimize their individual crosses. Watch and see.

Goodness Jim , the reason trader got single registered in the walker breed was to sell puppies. I don't see any other reason. So are these mud puppies or registered walkers now. If not mistaken one the biggest $$$ winners is a mud puppy too. Why so against it, not so long ago a cur became a hound right. When the lil red/walker dog was tearing it up in UKC didn't hear any griping going on

You are right. I should have said " They want UKC's legitimacy so they can sell puppies."

I have 3 single registered dogs and I breed only for my own use on these along with some friends.lately I would rather hunt one of these then the 4 I have spent to much on from big time breeders that are not worth a s--- up here in the big woods. Not one of these single registered dogs are false treeing like some of these super dogs that I have hunted with. I went to a major hunt and took a pleasure hunt with 3 big studs the night before. Walked to 11 trees saw zip. Came home hunted 2 of these so called cross breeds treed 4 in four trees

Been coon hunting for around 50 years and hunted with a lot of dogs.
A few belonged to me , but most didn't.
ALOT were bred , most of mine weren't.
Only recall seeing about 8 total (3 were mine) , that I thought were worth breeding.

How you guys can't see how many people are going to start touting " Hybrid Vigor " to sell their junk bred pups is beyond me.
