thats why i got this pup!!! i had a lil female that was treeing just a little too much for my likes. so a buddy of mine had this one and i done a little tradeing with him. my male dog kind of was the same way at 6 months old but it didnt take him long at all to click!!! this one has seen the meat and has barked up at a hang up and will be stretched out on the tree when you get their just not saying a word. ive been tieing him back not lettin him get the fur in his mouth and he goes nuts!! hopefully he starts treeing soon. corn is on and kittens are runnin every were. i know last night he struck a track before my buddys ole dog new what hit him. he took it through the corn feild and gave a big dieing squall locate and just shut up. buddys old dog then come treed and he went back to tracking again.

It may take a few times of tying it back and putting a few out on the other dog. But it should tree after a few times of doing it. I had a gyp English that did the same stuff man. She would stay at the tree and not say a word I tied her back and shot a few out on the other dog and after about 3 or 4 times of that she would hammer on a tree. Id hang it up and if she would bark Id give her a little taste if not she got NOTHING. It didn't take her long to figure out no bark = no fur. But the walker gyp I been working with wouldn't even bark on a hang up. I did tie her back and put one out on my other dog back in taking season and she went insane. She has been running track ever since but not treeing. So I'm hoping the watching it climb helped that as well. That was the first time she has ever offered to bark on a tree PERIOD. So hopefully the tree switch flipped to ON...
