you know who

sometimes it is better to shut up and be thought a fool then to comment on a post a remove all douht................

btw: if you have never owned a super intense, huge roaring/screeaming/bawl mouthed treedog telling you to come get him and bring the rifle but you better check the garmin first because even though he sounds like he is a half mile away they are actually 1.5 miles away...................ole pigsit is right on, your missin out

Anytime one of my dogs starts doing something drastically different from what they normally do, I eliminate any health problems, a simple blood test can detect heartworms, elichria, lymes, etc. and any of these could potentially change a dogs hunting, treeing style. I would also have the thyroid checked. there are several bloodlines in the walker breed that battle thyroid issues.

I Agree, I've owned a couple bawl mouth tree dogs and they seemed to be more accurate than most.
I would rather walk a mile to a steady bawl mouth dog and see a coon than walk 100yds to a dog that's blowing the top out of a slick tree.

Not messed up. I like a squall mouth tree dog with no breaks. I like them when they sound like they are caught in a trap.

my dog bawls chops n chews trees down eventuly all the trees round here will dead making them easy to score plus
points for her and minus points for those 120 bark a minute slick treeing idiots lol. I don't care what kind of tree style a dog has as long as they got the meat.

The most accurate coon treeing hound i owned didnt have a chop in his vocabulary. if he was treed you could load the gun most of the time. i won some hunts with him to a bawl mouth dog doesnt draw alot of attention from the me tooers.

.

They are getting hot. Now the reasons can and will be argued on here and other boards over and over again.
I think the feed contributes a lot to it. Others say I am crazy.

accuracy

how has the hunting been? have they been just as accurate as usual? wierd for both of them to start doing it at the same time unless one of them is a cheerleader type dog? how hard of chop mouth treedogs where they prior to this starting? anything else changed in their daily routine?

this is just questions I would ask myself if mine started CHOPPING at the tree lol
