I thank you for helping me with my computer, cant say we didn't try & still the same thing , I cant get P.M.s this is going on 2.5 yr's now , we tried everything , it says I have 97 sent messages & yet when I go to empty them it says you have no messages at this time = & everything has been cleaned out = must be something with U.K.C.
