Used to eat coon all the time. Treed some young ones one night, told my brother-in-law to tie the dogs back that I wanted one to eat and didn't want it tore up. When I gutted it you couldn't hold all the round worms in it in both hands.Haven't ate one since. And by the way, a coon will eat anything a opossum will eat.

I will keep the young ones to eat. My neighbor can really fix them up good. She like to boil them an dee bone then bake with bbq sauce, man you cant get any better
