The first part most likely our best bet....retail stores wouldn't care they'd lose out on a sale.

We need a class action suit by the owners of the dogs and maybe a pet coon or two against the farmers and the manufacturer. There are plenty of suit hungry lawyers in Texas that are just right for the job.

They use fly bait and coke around here pretty heavy as well. Ive been telling any one that uses it that its been killing deer. Im shure it would if they drank any of it but none of them idiots that use it need to know any different.

What about areas where there are bear in corn. Here the bear have more rights than you or I. Just might be one path for us to test.

I read on a post awhile back that people were finding animals dead that ate the animals that got poisoned from GM. This stuff needs to be handled by a license pest control person and not just sold to whom ever feels the need to control other issues besides flys! JMO. I haven't run across any of this stuff in the timber yet,but have found dead coon. Always thought it was distemper and now I'm wondering if it was or not.

Probably wasn't GM. Coon don't get out of site of the bait before they roll over and puff up like a balloon.

I was told by a farmer that uses it that it it strong enough to kill 3x.He said he had killed around 60 coons during summertime and what he told me was scary. He said the coons were dropping before they got outta the barn. Then a possum came to eat the coon and it died also. Then the buzzards stopped by to eat the possum and they all died. This is some bad stuff!!!

Coon definitely will die before they get out of sight. Buzzards dying from eating a coon will be the only way to get the DNR involved.

If a buzzard will eat it so will an eagle. That should be eough right there to get the DNR invloved immediately. Not saying a bald eagle holds more value then any other animal but the bald eagle holds more prestige in the USA then all the others talked about. I will be doing my part to contact local game officals about this issue. It's always is to stay in the shadows and talk about it but we need to apply some pressure on this matter.
