Sorry to hear this Daniel, he def threw some nice hounds.
I have a male here that was out of the cross we made, just so happens we found the mother dead about 2 months ago. This male is going to make a nice hound. I hunted with another Bear hound, Lightening was his name,a couple years ago and I really liked him..........

I live in your area, although I don't know you, I can sympathize with you. I used to coon hunt a lot and lost a little female that was absolutely a joy to hunt with. It's like a member of the family, and you have a strong bond with him/her. Although I can't climb these hills like i used to, been thinking of getting me a young Walker to spend some time with in the woods. I love the old Finley River strain of hounds. They were a great trail hound and a sit down type treedog. At least mine was, had a big bawl mouth and chop on the tree, very tight feet and broad chest. He would weigh about 60 lbs. or so. Hang in there and take care always remembering where all the blessings come from..God bless ,,,,,,,,,,,Roe

Dang it Daniel....I hate that.

I'm glad that I made the decision that I did to make the outcross on Bear when I made it. I'm really impressed with the pups that I have, even though they are young. They are getting louder by the day, and more and more vocal.

I can't believe that there was only one male in the litter, but the offer that we talked about the other day on the phone still stands......

You are lucky as you already have Bear's replacement in your kennel. Any man would be PROUD to own Hank.....and I'm sure that he is going to reproduce just like his daddy......

Call me and lets go hunting!

I’m real sorry Daniel. I was disappointed when Howler didn’t drop eggs. I was sure looking forward to the cross. I bought one from the Bear X Faith and when I heard he passed I called and bought another one. I hate to see the really nice ones go.
