Every time a dog arrives after the judge arrives, whether it is 8 seconds or 8 minutes after the judge arrives, it falls under Rule 5(b) "No dog to receive minus points for coming into tree after Judge arrives unless a coon is seen and the dogs treeing are awarded plus points."

You can tell a difference when a dog is babbling and when the dog is running a track. If the dog opens under the min and the handler strikes the dog he has to carry the track out not bark in front of you and then shut up and then go deep and open again. If the dog shuts up and then opens in the same general area about 50 to 100 yards then yeah I will let it slide but not opening then shuting up and goin in there that is babbling to me.
