My problem isn't with the ones who votes for so an so, my problem is with the people like my In-Laws who won't vote in any election, no matter what, but see need to complain about every politician, every bill, and anything that doesn't go the way they would like politically. At least those of us here, voted our conscience. I may not like who you voted for, but at least you voted.

Yeah I know plenty of the types people are asking about. The ones who won't vote for a person unless they are the ones handing stuff out. Much the same as we sometimes vote with our wallets, we don't want taxes higher, they also want more money in their wallets. They receive from the government, why would they want that valve shut down? It's what they know. Some of us know to get us and go to work, some used to and now have no choice but to depend on that Unemployment Insurance that was paid for.

Others only know generational assistance. Ignorance. That is all it is. You can't fault anyone for something they do not know. I don't know how to overhaul a transmission, does that make me a loser who depends on someone else to get the job done for me? Nope, it makes me ignorant, so I use the means necessary to affect change on that situation. I don't agree with the stay at home, do nothings that can. I can't stand it. But it is their life. Would any of us working folk really want to change place with them? I sure wouldn't. I have been off work for the better part of 3 months due to injury. I hate it. I would so much rather be working. That is me. I don't want to switch places with anyone who refuses to work for a living, they wouldn't want to switch places with me. I have enough of my own problems to worry about, we all do. They are raising kids the best way they know how, I make enough mistakes for me and my neighbor, but I can only fix mine, not his.

Sure, I get taxed plenty, but there is always gonna be taxes to pay. They will tax you even if everyone worked. And they will find a way to spend it.

When Israel wanted to go away from a system where God was their king, God told them what they were pinning their hopes to. We are much the same way. We have pinned our hopes to a man, to elected officials, and not to God. We have made men our god. We have made possessions our gods. We have so many things out of kilter, we can't begin to get them straight. Unless we will as a nation, individually repent, ask for forgiveness, and walk in service to God. Living under the blood of Jesus Christ, there is no hope. Nothing any man can do will fix our mess. But me blaming others, accusing, back biting, causing strife does nothing to fix anything. Only causes more division.

I love each and every one of you, and pray that anyone here who doesn't know the peace of Jesus, would come to know him, intimately. As savior. The Balm of Gilead.
