there are so many stud dogs that produce good pups i really like maddog hounds and i think phycho sid is one of the nicest stud dog out there but so is maddog john 2 and maddog smoke and maddog astro there are too many to mention

Love reading over what you have all posted. Had the pleasure to hunt with some of them and many of their offspring as well as the owners. All time most influential --WELSHS BLUE WARRIOR(259-587) and his son--LA-ARK BLUE WARRIOR(92898). Any line of Bluetick you have now or have had in the past- these two are more than likely in their pedigree. These two dogs were responsible for putting the Blue dogs on top when we ruled in popularity, not Brand X. You can trace back from the Hammers, Smokey River Diamond Jim, Uchtman and Elbert Vaughn. I am not saying the dogs back then were better. What I am saying is these two were, therefore are, the all time most influential!
