the craziest thing I did when I was showing horses was after winning two world championships, one in two different organizations, I told myself that the ole horse was getting some age and was time to get some new blood.. haha...

Last year was first year that I know of that we had GRNTCHS. We had 2 each night, we will probably have 1 - 2 this year as well I figure.

Coon season goes out Thursday, the first night of this hunt is Friday. All the dogs should be tuned up and ready to cast & blast.

Yes and No haha... meaning.. We started hunting her pretty hard after I had her up to Clay for that bench show... We made her NITECH with three first right after that weekend and picked up another win towards GRNITECH.. She now has 2 towards GRNITECH.. but she came in heat in December... so she stood for that month and then where I coach HS Basketball she stood for the month of January also.. put her back in the woods about 2 to 3 weeks ago... and she has rebounded very nice... very happy with her as of right now.

What are you hunting? you still have your young dog that you was looking to sale that weekend?

If I come to the hunt I'll be hunting a nice young female of Brian's off of my Kate dog and Brian's blackie dog(both died last year).
The only dog I got is a year old female off of grntch hilltops hardwood score x mr. Clean, I've been hunting her pretty hard and she is starting to click pretty good. Struck in front of the old dogs last night and they had the coon, I'm getting excited about her!!

Sounds very promising.. I have two more females both of them are out of High X Pectations.. I need to get them back in the woods... and plan on doing so sometime next week.... one is going to make a pretty good dog I think... and the other well she hasn't been given the time she needs so we will see...
