YOU MIGHT BE CORRECT IN YOUR ASSUMPTION,BUT, I'D SAY HAVING TO HAVE TEACHERS HAVING TO TEACH BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THEIR PROBLEM. THEN ADD ALL THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS WITH THEIR HANDS OUT FOR "O'S" GRAVY TRAIN MIGHT ADD, THEN PRINCESS PELOSI CUTTING DEALS FOR HER HUSBAND. IT ALL BOILS DOWN TO MORE GOING OUT THAN COMING IN. THEY'RE THE ONE'S THAT PUT A LIBERAL IN OFFICE, WHEN THERE WAS CONSERVATIVE THEY COULD'VE ELECTED..YOU JUST WATCH CALIFORNIA, THEN YOU'LL KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO AMERICA!!!!
