I have the fieldmaster boots with chaps I believe and I also had the woody max boots. They have the same tread as the muckmaster. Gosh I hate them. The rubber bottoms are as stiff as a pair of snow ski boots adn the fronts are too narrow and hurt my toes and I have a narrow foot. If you don't have them tight on your foot your heel slips and rubs them raw. I am determined to wear them out simply so I never have to buy another pair. I sold the woody max boots for about half what I paid. I wore them about 5X deer hunting and if you had to walk more than 100 yards it was brutal.

After wearing the muck boots for a few weeks when I put on my lacrosse or bogs or Dewey's they feel like a pair of slippers.

At first I had a issue with my Mucks being too tight when I tucked my pant legs into them too, but afte awhile they stetched out a little. Now, I would dare say, they are the most comfotable boot I have ever owned, and might be in the top most comfortabl shoes I have ever owned. Sometimes still, though, my pants leg will wad up in them and they'll hurt a little, but a little adjustment and then they're fine.
