I had the pleasure of hunting with Rolling Hills Dan several times. He got arthritis in his old age and felt better when he was able to move around. John Wick decided to let him run loose to help with the arthritis. He got treed one time and John was going to wait him out so that he could continue running him loose. I believe I'm right in saying that he treed into the second day, but I know it was a real long time. Dan would get off the tree and get a drink of water and come back to tree some more. Wick finally gave up and went and got him. I bought a dog named Jerry that was a younger brother and hunted another brother that was red and white named Silver for Wick. Old Dan was one tough cookie.

Hi,
Janie can tree a coon faster than you can turn her loose and put your boots and light on. She can fall out of a race and tree a coon in a heart beat. Stone cold deaf and hold all the pressure you want to put on her. She is a coon dog. She is from a litter of coon dogs.


Whiner is Janie's littermate. Can't wait to get that pup from Spot and Whiner. Look at that pedigree. Loaded with coon dogs.
