I have had no problem breaking hounds for agressive behavior at the tree.

i would be afraid to trust a dog that will fight at the tree. ive seen mean dogs that would act like a angel for a while then out of the blue clear sky would just up and fight at the tree. i dont think they could be broke once they start fighting on a tree.

Skkeets, one of my fondest memries happened when me and my seven year old lab got invited on a dove hunt. I got my limit and an up and comimg type of a fellew got their and I was teling him how to take over my place. Well' lo and behohold his high class lab hooks upwithimine . LOL I figure they will get it worked out. I cast a boot at my dog and next thing you know I am the one boucing off the hhood of my truck. Bout knocked the breath out of me the the way that aristicracker gave ge a shove. Anyway that stupid moran , after he pushed me and i am coming back to life , some what, I saw that stupid fellow stick his arm right in amongst that dog fight, How stupid does a stupid moran ahave to be to do something that stupid ?? I was getting my breath back and his Lab and and my Lab ate his styupid hand off together clean up to his shoulder . Made no dfifference to his nor mine that he thought he was some kind of an artistocrat. LOL and made not much differrence to me that I was going siccun under my breath., LOL Loud enough, but not loud enough, to get caught in that aristcrate battle. His went to the vet and himto the emergeny room and mine fetched the ladies that owned the place another limit of doves for her, with a drop or two of earblood in the mix. 'Bout midnight I was tight , I do believe I remember something about hearing about "Rook" not being a sissy dog. LOL

lol lyle i learned the hard way not to break up a dog fight. when i was bout 13 my cur dog got into a fight with a big ole redbone, i was afraid that redbone would eat my cur up, so i grabbed my cur to pull him away and that redbone ate my hand up. i was bleeding like a stucked hog and the guy that owned the redbone told me to put some alkiehall on it and youll be alright lol. i still got the scar on my hand. lol
