There is no set amount, it would depend on a individual dog and how the other aspects of conformation meet the breed standard.

I place more importance and emphasis on the head including teeth & bite, feet & legs, topline, chest, and angulation & movement as defined in the breed standard for that breed.

All conformation aspects equal between dogs (which is rarely the case except at a National level) I'd pick a clean tick free Walker over a ticked up one.

i understand what your saying put if the over all apperance is
worth 5 pts and meets the breed std on color.topline to me
would be judged on the ground.
