Man it is so so simple to deal with this kind of nut case. the club writes him a letter, letting him know he is barred from the club for reasons stated. It also sends a copy to UKC, and whatever other registry they use. Yes PKC has said only they can barr someone from a club, mbut i differ greatly in that the trespassing laws in Georgia will suffice in this case. After this guy is told of his barring, let him know, and back it up with actions, that if he comes back on the property, he will go to jail for reasons stated above. Time for you and the club to man up and take action. Believe me, he doewsn't want to get in my face and make threats. With all the witnesses around, a simple $25.00 warrent from the local magistrate, and he'll have to find someone who likes him to come help him open the door to the local free hotel. He's a thug at best, and there is no room for his type in this sport. DO NOT LET HIM PUSH YOU OR THE OTHERS AROUND. Like a cockroach running across the floor, one good foot, and no more problem. Give him the boot.
Alla ctions above should be done after letting him know, in a meeting with the membership, that this is what will happen if he doesn't change, and fast. Let it be his decision on ging to jail or not, but do not give in or show weakness of any kind. His type preys on it. me now, i prey on his type..lol
