Have you ever used it on a dog that had parvo? or are you relying on what you learned in plumbing school?
What is the chlorine concentration in ppm in city water?
I think it is used because it kills bacteria, algae, fungi and virus. Now, if it kills them in a city sewer then why can't it kill them in a dog's sewer pipes? As far as keeping the dog hydrated, that is a good thing. As far as letting his immune system defeat the Parvo just by that, then why did he come down with Parvo to start with? I used to watch them die till I used the Clorox but to each his 25 % chance I reckon.
