also, have you totally thought through having a dog while at school??? i did a ton of hunting and fishing through college...probably more than i'll get to do till im retired...but, no way i coulda had a coon dog at school....
I did. I had a coon dog since I was 12 years old. I hated school with a passion. Like not to have graduated due to sleeping all the time, but I graduated 6 lowest in the whole dang class with an accademic diploma not a regular ole State diploma and certainly not a gimme diploma. I went to college and hunted and as much as I hated school I would not quit hunting. It took me from 1970 all the way to 1980 to get my first BS degree. Ten years frting around working my way through college and not getting to hunt as much as I needed to. I did not quit college and I would not quit huntng either so both of them sucked. If I had it to do again I would think about figureing a way to get my ass through college in 3 or maybe even 2.5 years and then hunt like hell before you get married and can't hunt like you need to . JMO r just quit school and hunt. Whatever. Its time for you to make a manly decision though, can't put it off forever!! Love you man!!
