They look good and OZ for OZ they will hold there own, but if you have a good cap light don't throw it away. You can get more light from a few makers for only $25 to $75 more.

im currently using one and i like it alot.......plenty bright and very light. only thing i believe could be better is if there was more light to walk with.........seems like you can see the trees and stuff a couple hundred yards away but not much light in between.

to the thread starter. way way way way way more impressed with the SUNSPOT LIGHT!!! the same money about the same burn time but your buying a light not a bic lighter. not knocking tri tronics i use a couple of their products, but the light just isnt what is typically looked for or sought after. the design of being small and portable is good but the over all performance is poor. check out sunspot lights they are the way you need to go.

Got mine in and tried it out. It is more comfortable than a cap light and plenty bright enough. It also came with a walk cover and it is great plenty of light to walk by. I would recommend this light to anyone. Great light.

We tried the new Tri-Tronics Night Razor light out last night and I liked it. I use a 21v Blazer led belt light and they were close in comparision but the belt light was a little bit brighter. From what I am gathering about the light some people don't like it because it puts out a square beam that didn't bother me. I really like the strobe feature and its light weight. I would recomend this light to anyone.

how does it compare to the predator? I bought the predator and love it when the leaves are off but once the leaves come o I leave it at home. The predator throws a beam that is very bright and very tight. This works great if you are looking for the coons body on a leafless tree. But once the leaves are on I need a light that has a very wide low side so I can get far back from the tree and squall. I have a valley creek dual led pro that works awesome when the leaves are on. But I have been looking for something without a bump cap and without a cord that has a good wide low side. Is the Night razor it or does it have just a super bright and super tight beam?

I dont know how it compares to the preadtor I have never been in woods with one. The Razor does have a tight spot. However it does come with a walk cover that make the spot wider. But it wont shine far with the cover on. Hope this helps

Is the light 100% made in the U.S.A. if it is that would mean alot.

friend of mine has one and he loves it and i like it. i use laser torch II and its just about as bright as mine. its plenty bright for hunting. most guys on here don't remember hunting with a 4 v wheat or 6 v nite light. I do....its all about the brightness wars. lol

It only takes 4 volts to find a coon but the brighter the light the harder it makes it to circle. When you make there balled up something to be nothing and there holes in to dark spots you may just win.

Why does this light cast such a tight spot? Makes it hard to see much

Old Ben I am 40 I know thats old to a 20 year old but when I was a kid thats all dad had was a 4 Volt wheat light. Mom would get so upset cause the acid would run out of battery and put holes in our pants and Carharts Lol time sure does fly.

Bought one last week.Have hunted with it several nights.I sold my 17 volt belt light yesterday. If you cant find a coon with this light its either a legit den or he aint there. By the way hunted 3 nights 2-4 hrs each night on one charge.Still plenty bright.
