" In April 1992, an angry resident of Sanilac County, Michigan, wrote a letter to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources stating he was no longer a "citizen of the corrupt political corporate State of Michigan and the United States of America" and was answerable only to the "Common Laws." He therefore expressly revoked his signature on any hunting or fishing licenses, which he viewed as contracts that fraudulently bound him to the illegitimate government of Michigan.

That obscure Michigan hunter would, three years later, become known to the entire world. He was Terry Nichols, friend and accomplice of Oklahoma City Federal Building bomber Timothy McVeigh. Nichols subscribed to an unusual right-wing anti-government ideo-logy whose adherents have in recent years increasingly plagued public officials, law enforcement officers and private citizens with a variety of tactics designed to attack the government and other forms of authority. Its members call themselves, variously, consti-tutionalists, freemen, preamble citizens, common law citizens and non-foreign/non-resident aliens (Nichols used several of these), but most commonly refer to themselves as "sovereign citizens." "

I dont know how right or wrong Jerry is but he is a fun gentleman to sit and listen to at a hunt . I just keep forgetting to take a notepad and write down everything he says to do . From what i have heard he is a very smart person and knows his laws.

Jerry is not a mean spirited man, and he will treat you with respect. I would not put him in the same class of people as Terry Nichols. I don't know if he is right or wrong, and that's where I will leave that. He definitely is not some extreme racist fanatic.

I have read the links posted. I do not know the source but I can tell pretty quick the links are accusations against anyone who might be doubtfull about a government employee coming onto your place ( technically owned by you or not) To see if the way you you fed your dogs is suitable to them or not. I re read the links and I see those are mighty nutty people. They are criminals in fact in my mind. However, I see me as a Citizen. What is frivolous to me is the old ladies cat gets out and climbs a tree and she calls the Fire Department to get her Cat down and the Fire Department brings a ladder and the cat jumps and breaks its back so she sues the town for a hjalf million dollar cat and wins.. To me , that is frivolous as hell. Somebody that has worked and got his taxes paid for 40 years and never could take his kids to Disney World for trying to hold on to his land tax should have an absolute right to just ask that simple question of the Government and expect a GD understandable answer , Though be it BS. The only answer given is that he asked a "frivolous" question. Frivolous to your ass but not to mine. I can ask that question as a citizen and I dam well expect an documented government answer that I can the satisfy my mind while I am supporting your cause that you are correct, But no, NO reply at all..

Those that have assumed that the offer of "prove me wrong have not proved him wrong yet. Let me remind you of that. You have done some cutting and pasting of what you believe to be the truth. I see that. The guestion in my mind then is expanded. Do you OWN your land? And land is fourth on the list of first , God then self and family and finally country last. So what scares me most is the answers that assume they do not own anything includiding themselves and (to heck with land) you don't even claim to own yourself? And are even scared to ask that Question?

OK, FACT;

When you bought a property. You used a Lawyer to do the closing. Or the bank arranged it.
They filled out all the paperwork for you. At that time you where the grantee. When you didnt accept the deed, (you didnt take the deed from them and sign accepted, put your name on it and date it) You where assumed in Law as being unable to do and take care of your affairs. To make it simple....they say you are stupid. Because you didnt accept the deed as explained above. So the 1st thing to take full ownership of your property is to go to the clerk office who hold the deeds and ammend your deed. Then you become the Grantor of the deed. I law you are telling them you are not stupid and CAN do your own affairs.

This is the 1st step.
And NO ......the Lawyers on here dont want you to do that and would NEVER tell you the truth about it. Why....follow the money. Check the CAFR funds and you will know why. Its there retirement.

1st you need to read the constitution, then the bill of rights. You dont know them or just want to act that you dont.
The constitution clearly states ALL Americans ARE sovereign.
It also states we are a Republic.
So you say you are not sovereign? If you are not, what are you? A BAR member. If so then i understand. Because a BAR member gave up there sovereignty which our constitution provides and swore an allegience to the crown of England. Which is why the BAR stands for British Accredited Reg. The BAR is controled and property of the British Crown.
