In other words don't be a brokeass Hick and think this goverment will protect you and Get It right just for the sake of this great country trying to get it right. They need money to give away.

RIGHT TO RETREVE

WE NEVER HAD A RIGHT TO RETERVE WE NEVER HAD ONE TO LOSE MOST PEOPLE WILL GIVE YOU WRITTEN PERMISSION IF YOU WORD IT THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONCEABLE FOR YOU ARE YOUR HUNTING PARTY IN ANY WAY MOST COON IN NORTH CAROLINA DONT WANT TO PUT ANY EFFORT IN TO GETTING WITH THE LAND OWNERS OR LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE ON THEIR LAND.

No, not true! Most people will not give you permission at all and of the ones who will, most will not give it written just like I said earlier, regardless of how it is worded!
So now you know most coon hunters in N.C? That must be alot of people. Or did you mean of the coon hunters you know I hope?

I HAVE HUNTED WHERE YOU HAVE TO HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS YOU HAVE TO GO TALK TO LAND OWNERS AND KEEP A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM I DONT TEAR UP ROADS DONT THROW TRASH DOWN BE RESPONCEABLE THIS IS HARD FOR GUYS THAT HAVE BEEN USE TO GOING DOWN THE ROAD AND FINDING A CREEK AND TURNING OUT ON IT TO GET USE TO DOING I DO KNOW LOTS OF COON HUNTER IN THE STATE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TALK IF I CAN HELP CALL ME AT 704 985 0988 THE WAY YOU APPROCH SOME OF THESE LAND OWNERS HAS A LOT TO DO WITH IT.A LOT OF DEER HUNTER WILL LEASE YOU THE COONHUNING IF YOU WILL PAY A LITTLE TO COON HUNT OR JOINING A CLUB JUST TO COON HUNT.

The law is called " criminal trespass ", Might want to familiarize yourself with it before hunting in NC.

I TALKED WITH A GAME WARDON LAST NITE HE TOLD ME IN ORDERTO RETRIEVE YOUR DOG FROM SOME ONE ELES PROPERTY YOU SHOULD GO TELL THEM WHO YOU ARE TELL THEM YOUR DOG HAS GOT ON THERE LAND YOU WILL NOT TAKE ANY WEPON YOU JUST WANT TO RETRIEVE YOUR DOG AND ASK IF THEY CAN WRITE YOU A PERMISSION ON PAPER TO RETRIEVE YOUR DOG IT NEEDS TO( BE IN WRITING) IF NOT YOU NEED TO CALL THEM SO THAT THEY CAN TRY TO GET YOU ON THE LAND IF THEY STILL WILL NOT LET YOU THOUGH LUCK YOU LEAVE YOUR DOG.
