I was on that cast. Mr. Clean treed a coon in the first 15 minutes of the cast, my dog backed him and after we scored on that coon we recast them and we never heard them again for the last hour and forty minutes until Mr Clean got struck in deep right before the hunt ended.
Mr Dunlap's dog did a fine job and won fair and square. Mr Clean didn't do a thing wrong he just got out of pocket.

I judged this cast and have judged Mr. Clean in the past as well. Both Clean and Anne tied with 225 plus but Anne had circle points giving her the tie breaker. It was a good cast with all four dogs being in it right up to the buzzer. Congrats Chuck on your fifth place finish with Anne.

My male Zam had this happen in a nite hunt. Both dogs had 350+, the other dog had 125 circle and that's how he won. It sucks, kinda like the dog with no circle is getting punished for doing nothing wrong!
