l.lyle you need to change your handle to SPACECADET because I don't think anybody can make beans out of your posts.
i can make more than beans off his posts. a whole dinner, lol.
he is a thinker and if you had have the capacity he did, it would make a little more (plato) sense.
the garmin is awesome, i have had it on my skeet. but, i dont own one and rely, like last night, on just my dog.
i have several roads close and a bar at the bottom of the hill, so , yep, it is a danger, but, i know what my dog is saying to me and i know when to get worried, without it.
sometimes you have to think that old school isnt so bad, considering we all keep thinkin about old times and how we want them back.

so, in the words of lyle, you rely on the garmin, not the dog, you get what you pay for.
close the tailgate the dog is running, gotta get em, geez garmin says my dog is trashing, shoot, gotta go, gotta go , before it is too late.
now, if you knew your dog and had an iota of training, you could tell if that dog was runnin too deep and call back. without garmin.
i would like to put the garmin on the coon, lol. my skeet isnt perfect by any long shot, but i sure would like to see it happen before it happens.
