I understand what you're saying, but the reality is that it may appear that way at that particular club because maybe the same 4 guys always guide and judge, but if any of them venture away from the club to other events chances are they'll draw each other from time to time. Also, if that club holds other registry events, chances are with small turnouts on occasion they'll compete against each other.
I'd like to know what club this is going on at so I can attend they're events because a majority of the UKC events I attend, MOHs and HDs are still drawing guides and selecting judges after the cast is drawn. Pretty obvious when the judge is 3rd or 4th dog on card.
So Marc, you think it's right that a MOH can hand select TWO members of every cast before the random draw even starts?
