went down to the club this evening and swam the hounds,Easy's first race and he went across good,and then next time he started leveling out,I'm a pertty proud papa right now.Who knows he might come on strong next time,watch out Chance!

Had a good time seeing Scotty,Gene,Danny,and Jordan.
Get them hounds ready people,only 10 more days!

I hope so,working in the hot around the shop with not much time in the truck{a/c)has been tough,been hunting very little.

96 here today,forcast said 89 for sat, after what we have had this week I can deal with that.

Our feild trial is pretty nice,we are figuring on it all the time,we fixed a alternate tree,using the same course right now,but hopfully soon we have two courses.Would like to hold some type of large feild trial event in the future.

The guys and us too have been excercising are hounds on the week end using the pond swimming our hounds,so bring on those swimers hounds and put them to the test.

Charles put up a fence out front it really looks good and it helps secure the area a little more.

YOUNG AND OLDER A LIKE,ALL WELCOME,BRING YOUR HOUNDS IF YOU NEED ALITTLE HELP HANDELING THEM DONT HESATATE TO ASK.

Hope everybody that coming to our events tomorrow has a safe journey down or up,maybe over?What ever your case,welcome.

Thanks to everyone who put effort fourth in cleaning up,selling tickets,collecting donations,making donations.

Had our meeting last night and made our plans as far as tomorrow will go,somethings will be a little different but events will be as advertised.

Tri to have some benches out early for those who like to practice your hound some before the show.

There will be tickets there at the club for sell on our rifle or 300.00 cash,so be sure to get ya some of those for a chance on that.Also,raffle tickets for goods being sold on grounds.

PLEASE,NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL ON PREMISSES.

I want to protest Scotty aka Papa Smurf Cains win in the water race. He practiced his dog in that pond so much that she fixed her a groove in the bottom of the pond and she was able to walk acroos instead of swim. Just picking "OLD MAN, You know I like to give you a hard time. I was glad to see you win overall in the water race, you deserved it after all your hard work.

after a long day of rest thought I would take the time to thank all who attended our event yesterday,its you who come and participate that makes any clubs event a success.

We had a good crowd of people on the grounds of all ages.We seen old friends and made some new ones.And it made my day to see Cecil Stewart there,and so many others.

Like to thank all who had a job to do,and those who got elected to do one,thanks.Thanks to all who collected donations and all who made donations.Thanks to Purvis Outdoors for being on the grounds to serve those in need.A big thanks to Mattie and the kitchen help.Thanks to David Garden for coming and judging our show for us.

Congratulations to all winners yesterday,big congrats to Scotty for his over all reg win on Dixie,and Chris&family for your finial over all ch win on Chance,hope to see these two compete for NC state water race ch this year at Rockingham.

Congrats to David Leatherwood for winning the dogbox.Our raffle went good with alot of tickets sold and alot of nice stuff won.Sherry&I even got a chance to win some nice stuff.

I think there was 4 pups out of our Rocky hound there off his last litter and one out of his first,and that was pretty special for us,not to mention some of our children and gr children.

We have a hunt coming up in Aug,so come and join us for a family fun filled day.

Scotty I am surprised that you could get your head in the truck to go home,I know your a proud papa today,I was too.
