reads to me that if its not already prohibited to deer hunt w/ dogs that if this passes then it will be prohibited all over county.

have heard that if this passes and hurts the deer hunters then they will come after the coon hunters and try to get that stopped as well. this is no time for squabbling...we ALL need to work together to stop craziness like this. One of the persons that pushed for this in the beginning does NOT live in the county!!!!

Please begin to call/write/email these guys and the committees and any others that will begin to sign on.

Richmond County/Deer Hunting with Dog HB#245 was not heard in House Agriculture Committee today. It may or may not be rescheduled for next week. We will know more by Thursday, 5/26/11. Richmond County folks, we will try to give you more notice next time!

Call or email House Agriculture Committee members and ask them to vote against it.

HB#245 would introduce the Georgia Plan into NC. This is terrible!

HB#245 provides a back-door method to destroy deer hunting with dogs, county by county.

HB#245 is marked as a Local Bill, but the other dog hunting counties could be added easily.
