well if i am not mistaken dog a is scratched because his handler and 1 other cast member SCORED the tree, not the whole cast. in this situation b and c handler or back up handler are supposed to handle the dogs and then come back and the cast score the tree. but instead the tree was scored when 1 cast member wasnt there. so the tree was scored incorrectly....

only have to have majority to score tree and in a 3 dog cast 2 is the majority. but i agree all cast members should have scored tree. a back up handler isnt suppose to handle any thing or vote on anything.

It is not a majority to score tree, it is a majority vote to score tree. The majority has to agree to score a tree a certain way before it can be scored that way. If you had handler of A and C there and they disagree on the way the tree should be scored then where is the majority. Standing 500 yards in the other direction waiting for them to get to his tree. It is not majority of the cast goes to score tree. It is majority of cast must vote one way to score tree.
