I agree they shouldn't have used peds but they still had to be able to put the bat on the ball. The peds won't do that. Have you ever tried to hit a 90+ mph fastball with a stick of wood. Besides that's in the past. I don't think anybody watches a baseball game to see how good the batting coach is doing anyway. These guys are pro's if they don't know how to hit the ball by now they shouldn't be there anyway.
