it says in rule 4 you can't spectate. I know a spectator is some one that goes on a cast with a handler. but could it also be defined as a person that is at the event watching what is going on. just like a spectator at any other sporting event.
I would think anyone at the event would fall in the catagory of judge, handler, spectator, etc, etc.
unless maybe they were doing the gardening for the club

I may be wrong but I believe "indefinately" means they have not paid their fine yet. Once they pay the fine they start doing their suspension time and get a date for reinstatement beside their name.

UKC CAN NOT ! Keep a person from going to an event. Your allowed on the grounds of any hunt.

What you can't do is take part in anything that has to do with the event.

An individual that has been suspended by the UKC may in fact be on the grounds during the day of the event. They just can't participate in the licensed portion of the event. That means they can't take entries, guide, spectate on a cast, handle dogs obviously etc. etc.....

They may, however, be a working member of the club such as help out in the kitchen etc. etc. during the course of the event. Basicly any activity that doesn't include the licensed portion of the event. Further, many suspended individuals are actually good folks. No need to shun them unless they can't conduct themselves appropriately while on the grounds.

Jay, I promise you I never told you any such thing on the phone. The only way an individual can't be on the grounds is if the club has taken such actions agaimnst the individual. You must have gotten it confused with somethign else Jay??

Kinda interesting that they can't spectate the hunt but they CAN spectate the bench show. What's the difference?

Roger, I agree.....Martin and A.D. are good guys today. I can think of plenty who have straightened up their act as they grew older.

Wow

I believe anyone deserves a second chance unless its just something awefull. I don't know how many times a lossed my temper when I first got started because everyone told me before I even went to the woods that "Boy your in for it now, so and so will lay it to you." Anything that would looked like I was getting shaffed than I would blow up. Now that I have growed up a little bit I feel ashamed when I see those folks but If I would have gotten barred for something like that than I feel that growing up would take care of the problem and would like to be given a second chance. If somebody feels they are in the right and don't want to pay the fine than they will stay on the Ind. list. I don't think no one should Judge people but one Man and you know what the bible saids. JMO

I do not know AD or Martin but Jay looks like he could handle himself pretty good. What did they do to get banned? I know a guy that single registered a dog english that was actually full bred walker and got banned. It was several years ago and i did not see where it was such a big deal but he will not pay his fine either to get back in. He just hunts PKC now.
