amen wayne.... very well said the clubs are in trouble and like you said it takes only a few $ to have a burger or a hot dog to support the clubs or swing by to talk dogs or better yet enter a dog ........ WE HAVE SOME UPCOMMING EVENTS THIS FALL@ THE GRANITE STATE HOUNDSMEN ASSOCIATION IN NH ........wayne I got a nice female 10 week old pup left out of smoke and rebia good feet and she is a fire cracker if you know anyone looking need to sell her soon her and her brother are driving me crazy!!!!! BY THE WAY THE ONLY GOOD PORKY IS A DEAD PORKY....THANK GOD I DON'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM ANYMORE

Well Wayne I know if they let me back in I would support the club like I do all the clubs,I can't make every event but I can send a dog even if I don't attend
Dang, i didnt know you all had porks that far east. We got a ton of them up north of here there nasty suckers! A lot of guys say if you cut the quills in half they dri up causing them to work there way out.

Jim, sorry again, You'll have to bring the blue dogs on up some night, good spots to hunt, sweet corn is ready, no traffic. Plenty of room to sleep at my house! wd
wayne & mike...theo here.whats going on guys.if you guys dont mind keep me posted on some upcoming nite hunts.from the sounds of it wd says theres a hunt up in swanzy next week?charlie wants to hunt my dog in some hunts this year.he has'nt had a dog in a while that was ready for the hunts.the littermate to my dog got killed.so he did'nt have a dog to put in a hunt.told he could run mine...we'll hopefully something comes up soon.miss all the yapping and gabbing we all use to do....LOLLL
sorry wayne,charlie & i cant make it up to swanzey this sat nite.he's heading out to his camp in new york,i got plans with friends.we'll defintilly be making it to some hunts next month and this fall.he defintilly wants to get back in the nite hunt circuit,so we'll be seeing you guys hopefully,and maybe we'll all hook up for a hunt this fall.maybe u guys up north should try to propse in front of your club a buddy hunt this fall???.sounds fun i'd be into it.charlie and jim talked bout it few years ago.but nothing happened.dont think charlies still a member at the club in holden.dont even know if its still put on hunts.

That's too bad you guys can't make it, was hoping to shoot the sh@# with ya for a bit. I believe Holden is done, Jim would know better. That's what I'm trying to prevent here. We only have 2 clubs in NH, I think 1 Ma, 1 or 2 in Ct and I think only 1 active in Vt as well. Maine has a few. The future does not look good, I'm going to do some serious talking this weekend and try to come up with some ideas. Did you get your pup from Mike? wd

i kill everyone i come across...best remedy to cure the dog....pull a quill slap him in the face tell how bad it is ....had an old grade dog once that would get one once in a while....one treatment like that cured him....pull a couple at first let him feel the pain.....after you pull a few....you can nip the end of the quill and then pull them a lot easier...it releases the barb on the end of the quill that is stuck in the dog
whats up wayne...ya we were both hoping to come up to hunt with u guys,and catch up on old times,and see whats new.oh..and also put a wooping on some walkers with clyde II my blue dog..LOLLL..all good ..LOL.yes i picked up my pup a few weeks back.have u hunted with the parents???..can u tell me anything bout them???.by the way mike's a real nice guy..to bad we did'nt have more guys like him.we'll see next year if shes got the tools to make it.wayne sad to say..in this neck of the woods(country)..we dont have the coon like other parts of the reigion..which means not enough hunters.so unfortunatly it be hard to promote more hunts and events at clubs.not only that u need more than one person to help put it on.like at holden...poor jimmy was the only one running around doing this,and that..so unless u get a handfull of dedicated guys,good luck trying to do it your self.john told me back in june u got a Black&tan pup...is that what u have now...
