I think some areas are alot harder to champion a dog then others! I think there should be at least 15 to 20 dogs in a hunt before you were allowed to get the win, but on the other hand it would take away from new clubs in areas that ukc is still growing. I think it is harder to champion a dog and get that win in certain areas like WV and Ohio.
