Yea Shawn, I tried it for a few years. Seemed to be pretty good, I used to buy it directly from the owner, he just lives a few miles from me. With his work schedule it was hard to get a hold of him, so I like to be able to get it when ever I want. Its still a good dog food though.

I feed Black Gold the black bag 26/18 Its a little costly but worth the extra money in my opinion

We have tried several feeds over the last few years. We have found that Retriever Hi Pro works well with our hunting dogs. We use the Retriever Hi Pro mixed with Purina Puppy Chow for the show dogs. Find what your hounds like and stick with it.

I have been coaching basketball I only have my boys for alittle longer then they will be all growin up on me but I will still have my dogs I'll be at some hunts soon.

i am also waiting for a response from a message board that guys who run iditarod huskies and thier feed practices.some folks run thier dogs alot and just regular feed may be holding back some extra progress imo
