I know exactly what it is....I saw one running from my wildlife camera too!!!....I think it's the same creatures I read about in Texas..

of course its a turkey LOL..... Only 2 legs.. it is facing the camera.. see its tail fan in the back , sticking out to the right.. The head is not seen because it is blended in with the body in the front.

a better question would be; what is the white stuff on the ground that looks like snow , but couldnt be with the green grass . LOL
