Got her home safe and sound!
Yeah, don't think she managed to get all the way over there by herself. Would have to have crossed three mountains a couple dozen roads, two or more subdivisions without getting picked up, and everything from major highways, train tracks, bridges and ravens.
Regardless, she's home now with nothing more to show for her wild week other than a minor neck injury and the serious stench of something dead!
The lady who called this morning said she has not seen her before today. Went to town, came home and there she was on the porch. You could tell she doesn't know anything about hounds, but was so very nice. Offered her food and water before calling us, amazingly the dog didn't eat. She's a HUGE food hog, I don't think she would have turned down food if left on her own for five days. The lady chained her up for us until we could get by to pick her up. Very nice couple, before Jodi left she had two new two legged friends and two four-legged, a pomeranian and a doberman. LOL.
SO relieved to have this over with... I'll take some pictures tomorrow and post on here what the gal looks like.
