since moving into the nursing home. He is off the meds. that made him 'see things' & made him loopy. I have talked to him almost every evening & he insists he is going to fight this & get back out on his own again. I just let him talk, as does everyone else, we figure it gives him something to work towards. I don't think he has accepted the facts yet. I know if it was me, I wouldn't give up either. He is just basic comfort measures only. I don't have my cell phone handy, or I'd give you his phone number to give him a hollar. I'll post it up later, after I find the @$#@ phone!
