Yes, he does tend to throw large pups.

He is at Todd Norfleets in the Indianapolis area, last I heard.

Got a pup out of him running loose on the farm right now. She is a very good acting pup, but still too young to tell much more yet.

Clint is very big and his pups are usually big. Saying that I have seen some normal size and then the Clints Eastwood dog was like 90lb so gonna get good size pups. Remember the moms bloodlines too she may not throw big dogs so dont forget that pups is a partnership. People give all the credit to the sire.

todd lives by a small town called carthage indiana, its a few miles from knightstown, the town i live by, and about 35-40 minutes from indianpolis.

I have a clints Eastwood female. she is normal size but looks and is marked EXACTLY like Eastwood. she IS pretty heavily boned though. would prob throw some big pups. at least the males anyway.

Like I said before IF I bred her to Kong , would we get COW sized walkers or what LOL.


And what kind of mouth dose Eastwood have?
My pup dosent sound overly houndy. more house dog mouth.

Cowee Creek Clint was raised here in Franklin, NC. I have seen several great dogs straight out of him. Cowee Creek Charlie was a good dog too. I have a 4 yr female that is out of Charlie and she is an independant tree dog..

Could anyone help me decide what to bred to she is 2&1/2 yr old runs and trees her own coon very indenpent. she has alot of finley river bred dogs in her. Was thinking about going back with sackett/lipper cross or another clint bred dog any input will greatly appreciated.

Mr. Grooms bred her back to Don that would be grandfather/granddaughter cross. Bob has Don back here in Opelika. I have hunted with many of the dogs in her pedigree.

Matt,

I remember reading the article that John Wick wrote on Clint. The only thing he found wrong with the dog was that he did not own him. During the time that he hunted Clint he only made one missed tree. Shortly after the article John bought "The Babe", which was a Sackett Jr. dog as well and i believe he is bred very similar to Clint. John Wick gave Clint a very good recomendation after he thoroughly examined the dog under many circumstances for many nights.

I just got my Sackett Jr. daughter back from breeding to Clint and I'd love to have that article. I'm pretty excited about this cross and I'm trying to gather as much information as possible. I've heard very little negative about Clint and his pups.

I raised and trained a female out of Clint, I sold her last summer to my friend and hunting buddy.He has hunted her all kill season and she is sharp!
She is out of Clint and Loose Tin Queen.
Loose Tin Queen won the Super Stakes in 2000.
I never put her in any comp hunts, but my buddy is going to!

We have since given away our clint female. dont have time for her. look for her around SC. Hope she dose well for her new owners. we tried to sell her but no buyers. Nice young fella took her and promised to hunt the hide off her. cant ask for more.

I have owned several nice hounds out of Cowee Creek Clint. From what I have seen most of them start out young. We have been studding out Grnitech Yadkin River Walleye. He made Nitech at 13 months old and grand at 29 months old.
