Thanks Bluetick Lady, Alan and Heather. I try to do the best I can, when I can, where I can with what I have. Just common folk, with an average lifestyle. Bubby had to go and put a major twist in the works around here with his walker, so why not go with it?
ANSOX, I'm going to keep an eye out for that new litter of yours. Keep me posted if you will.

I often wonder why some folks have to be so down about others decisions such as this one.....Greed? Hatred? Fear of more compition? Sometimes I just sit back and shake my head....

Will do... shouldn't be much longer. My birthday is the 20th, hubbies is the 29th so surely one of us will end up with birthday pups! She's due 22nd, first litter for her.

I've learned in the few short years we've been involved with hounds that you have to be good at shaking things off... for every good person out there you've got another just waiting for you to fall on your face so they can laugh! It's the same with all competition sports though I guess.

You're absolutely right, I asked opinions on what breeding would suit me. All bluetickin:it has to say are negative things about people having more than one breed. "TOP BREEDERS" and weather they have more than one breed. I'm not a "TOP BREEDER" so that doesn't much matter. If bluetickin:it has ideas for what the question actually was, I'd appreciate it. Now, do you have any ideas that may be helpful?

WOOOHOOOO!!! One more decision down!! Had a nice chat with Anscox. The Redbone issue has been decided. Pups are due September 22.....With 'Only in America' so close in her Pedigree...I'm happy.

Now, onto the Black and Tan............

Sure do....Make sure what ever you get comes from coondogs, not just dogs that can tree a coon.

You're absolutely right. I also beleive, if you give a hound the opportunity, hunt them with the right 'pup trainers', a little patience, and a lot of praise, you'll get alot further, alot faster.

Any ideas on a Black & Tan?

Put a post on the Black & Tan classifieds. There are a lot of good breeders in Ohio and surrounding states.

Dont let anyone change your decision on anything, You do what you want and say what you want LOL I do all the time.. Sometimes it causes choas but since people cannot take critism at times well poop on them.. As long as you are doing what You want with your dogs and HAVING FUN what does it matter to anyone else. RIGHT!!!
