If you think that club will cheat a stranger then get a rep to go hunt at that club you spectate and see what goes on. If they cheat the rep then UKC can revoke the club. I have been round this great country and met some great people and have never been outright cheated, the rules are in black and white on the back of that card and they are for everyone. I have found that if someone is cheated or has problems everywhere they go that they are usually the problem...Sorry Shep

most people that say they are being cheated do not know the rules or are lacking in dog power.

If the majority of the cast agrees not to cast dogs in a n area that is not safe you dont cast the dogs!

THIS IS TO SHEEP

YOUR RIGHT SOME WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU BUT MOST WILL NOT YOU JUST HAVE TO KNOW THE RULES AND GO BY THEM AND HAVE THE BACK BONE TO STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT IN THESE HUNT.I HAVE NOT BEEN IN AS MANY HUNTS AS SOME BUT I HAVE A DOG THAT IS A NITECH AND ANOTHER THAT IS A NITECH WITH ONE WIN TOWARD GRAND AND YES THEY CAN DO IT ALONE. AND I CAN ONLY THINK OF ONE BAD NIGHT OUT OF IT ALL AND BY KNOWING THE RULES IT TURNED OUT GOOD IN THE END WITH A WIN FOR ME AND NO I'M NOT A RULE BENDING SLICK HANDLER .SO JUST GIVE IT A FEW MORE TRYS AT SOME OTHER CLUB AND THEN SEE IF ITS ANY BETTER

JUST REMBER PLAY FAIR AND BY THE RULES AND CARRY A RULE BOOK WITH YOU IN THE WOOD FOR THE ONES THAT SAY THE RULE BOOK SAYS THAT THEN YOU CAN SAY SHOW ME JUST NIP IT IN THE BUD

I didn't start this topic to call Sheepster a cheater, or anyone else either, if you want to, use Private Messages.

Can we get it back to the Question? If there's anymore opinions on it?
Thanks,

This is actually a very good question and it's a shame it had to get hijacked into another "cheater" thread.
I can't find in the rulebook where it states any official ruling as to who has the final say about where dogs are hunted but I think the rule that would control this situation is !8(2).The judge has complete authority to run the cast. I would take that to mean the judge would have the final say on whether or not a place was unsafe to cast dogs.

As far as I know you can ask to see you can go somewhere else. If they won't go somewheres else probally your best bet would be to withdraw(always better than gettin your dog killed on a road)
