Cooper,

You'd look good in the finals with a black dog....of course with me in the picture too as part owner!

Let's find one and do it!

Or hell, maybe I need to own half of one of your Walkers?

We have about 4 inches here. You know how I feel about hunting in the snow! It looks like I'll have to drive to Georgia with a fat young dog that has forgotten how to hunt!

Jason, if you would've bred Hope to Fuel we probably would be in the finals this year.

Maybe we should breed your Girl to Rocket?

well, if you don't want to have it on flat land, i suggest having it right behind my house. ravines and hills galore. the dogs echoe and you have to figure out if you're in front of them or behind them. lol
of course i have heard that west va. is hillier than that.

I am for this. Make the dogs work for it. Plus it is centrally located. This would make UKC unique from all the other KC's....LOL

Thats what they said about Tennessee last year and those four little females didnt find it to difficult to put up five coon in 2 hours.

Dont matter where they have it, the same dogs are gonna win it. (Coondogs)

in 05 each dog that qualified got a plack. 06 they each got a sub to bloodlines 07 only the top scoreing hound gets a plack. not much return for a 30 dollar investment. we got two in and one plack. pkc looks better and better.

I was under the impression that the dogs that qualified got a framable certificate with the dogs name. To me that would seem personable than a cold generic plaque.

Hey not to start anything but you gentlemen and gentlewomen in here talking about let's have it here i south or north east, west or where every. A coondog is a coondog anywhere and if he's not able to adjust to a different invoirment then he wasn't a coondog to begin with. So where every the hunt is i almost bet the best COONDOG wins from where every he or she may be. Ad by the way just i'm from iowa and i had to first place wins in missiouri so it not to hard to win there when you bring a coondog. But yes let's have it somewhere besides where it's been far the last 4 times out of 6 years. And good luck to everyone and i hope we all make it.

All the permits have been ok'd the Finals are gonna be held in Angola indiana at the steuben county fair grounds. Its gonna be hosted by the dekalb county coonhunters acc. They are also hosting bluetick days at the same place earlier in the year. We have alot of coon but less than years previous. The area is gonna be a good place to hunt we have swamps briars and misquito's just like the south and a few hills.
