This is Freddy Wells.

I hope I didn't break a rule here by replying to a really old post, but figured since some of the discussion was about me and my dad then I would respond.

I still live on the ranch and in the car business with my dad. I hadn't turned a dog loose in over fifteen years, but I purchased a Nite CH English female almost a year ago and I hunt her by herself with my three boys.

I lost Bruiser many, many years ago. He disappeared off his chain actually slipping his collar. He was twelve when I lost him and he was in declining health. I figured he got on one of these creeks around here and died. I had a blue male running loose on the farm I lost at the same time as Bruiser. I was just getting ready to start hunting him. He was out of Backroads Rosie. Sure would have liked to have seen what this pup could have been...

Anyway, thought I would drop in and say hello.
