Do you think in that movie they would had been chaseing those dogs in that kind of weather if it wasn't for being in compition? If I remember right the grandpaw got hurt in that hunt becouse of that weather too.

Lavell are these pups from the first litter out of jay and virginia or are they littermates to my mine? Anyway they are nice looking hounds. Is that your # 1 dog trainer in the picture?

i know what your talking about,,i got 4 of them just like that and my neighbors hate me ,,1 guy thats 2 miles away says it sounds like they are in his back yard ...i'm about ready to get the guns out soon myself,,they have about burned up 3 no-barks,,1 dog burned 2 half in. holes in his neck ,i think he liked the charge he got from it..another one would let out 3 loud bawls and then 2 squells when the barker nailed him and 2 seconds later he'd go thru the same thing all over again,,

dont have to worry who's dog it is when they open in the woods,,not many people would be able to pitch their dogs on them more than 1 time,,lol..

if i dont shoot them first we plan on breeding the one male to the other male's sister,,,whoever gets them pups will need to wear earplugs if they ever get a headache,,lol

The first registed pup I had was out of him and to this day he was the most athletic dog I have had. And Built right. He never got out of hearing because I stayed close back then. I was not a tailgate purcher. LOL Glad they got the mouth now. He got cancer and died at 14 years old while I was in College. It took me a while to get through College as you can figure. Within a month I got an original Hickory Nut Harry X Lone Pine Jill I liked and had for years . Then I got into a line of treers at 4 or 5 months old and was impresed for 6 to 8 years . But only to finally recognize, they were Crapola and had no Bawlie in them on the 3 Generation Papers. I finally quit with Walkers all together because of those early starting crazy fools. I like what I got now , which is Leopards, but I have never been the type to settle without looking around . I'm thinking about a Mr. Clean pup just to see how I am doing for comparison sake.

here's Jays pedigree and Lucille is a direct daughter to Houses Lipper, Houses Clint, Houses Tom Tom .etc.

I still cant believe that. The hound I am hunting now, at age 51, has the same sire as the one I was hunting when I was 21.

TEXAS TUFF TANK moves to Ohio

I have had the pleasure of owning TANK from a pup, he will be three this summer. I have always been proud of him, he never embarrassed me. He has the HEART, DRIVE, and the super accurate COON TREEING ability. That all the great JOE HOUSE bred dogs of the past have had. Its only appropriate that he return to the HOME OF CHAMPIONS to carry on the rich tradition.

Good Luck Mr. Duvall with TANK, he will always have a home here in TEXAS.

TANK

Thanks Paul, I appreciate the opportunity to own Tank, He's very strong in many ways, I'm sure he will fit in well. The HOME OF CHAMPIONS will always be in Clinton Kentucky, I've just been blessed to hunt the hounds from the foundation Joe House built. Thanks again for Tank

Tank

I have hunted with Paul and Tank a few times always thought they were both first class. Tank hunts hard and deep, always has a coon. A beautiful hound with an unbelievable handle. Surprised anyone got him away from Paul. I would be proud to own him.

TANK

Tank is adjusting nicely to the rough and tuff of SE Ohio, He is an outstanding 22 rifle coondog, when Tank trees load the gun. Paul, thanks again for selling me Tank, I know it was a tough decision. Tank will be hitting the hunts soon. Jeff

I know, it wasn't an easy decision. It felt just like it did when we sent our kids off to college, I wanted to keep them home but knew they needed to go. I always thought TANK needed a chance to shine. I couldn't do it here in Texas, shift work, and hearing loss from 25 years at steel mill. Lucille will have to fill in the gap. After she raises some HOUSES JAY pups.
