We know the man behind the hound is you MR. Larry, you have done this with so many great ones. but John and I are right along with your every move.if you and BJ has a bad night, we have the same bad night, if yall have a great one,we have the same great night. I know this hound is very special and he will do great things. I look forward to your output on BJ, because he not only yours but he's John,s, he's mine, he's Silent Trainer's, and the group is just getting bigger and bigger.cant hardly beleave he's not a year old yet,just think how good he will be at 5 years old. Thunder Kennels

Terry, Took him and Tae Bo out last night late they ran a cold bad track and Bo talked himself into a tree..Walking in to him and BJ screamed treed about 100 foot from Bo...Can't' believe Bo could not stand the heat and and went to BJ................When I said screamed you better believe screamed............

You would know better than anyone, when he's ready for the hunts, but cock eyed i cant keep from thinking he's holding his own with some of the best hounds they are. to me you have some of the best if not the best coonhounds regaurdless of what breed of hound. And i know that hound Rory brought up there is a good hound, and can win anywhere you take him. but i guess thats what keeps you up on the top and iam way down the pole. good luck and please keep me posted.

is the very best. I know he has his whole life ahead of him, and a person could rund a great prospect such as BJ. Thats the differance between a coonhunter and a great Hounds-man,such as yourself. If anybody that would know his time it would be you. But when you strike that match under that keg of dynamite, he will blow the coondog world on its end.lol Just cant hardly wait thats all. Just like a kid i wish my life away.lol Just please keep me posted on his progress, i do more hunting with you and BJ than i do my own.lol

Been hot in Iowa. I have not had Lucky out. July 15 our public hunting is in and going to get some sweet corn parched to hunt with her.

John, Been hot here too and getting worse 90's today and worse tomorrow heat warnings......going late tonight but to hot tomorrow....we did have a good hunt last night BJ/GUN..treed some coons split once and ended hunt slamming 2 lay-up trees..

Bring Ed out in Oct and we will go pheasant hunting and coonhunting with Richard Johnson. I told Richard Johnson son Randy who has some real nice bird dogs and he said it would be fun. I can rememember or know two families that have so much in common . Randy hunted in Grand American at 8 years old his own dog. Randy brother Larry had his own dog in hunts and Randy younger brother Kenny who I think was more like his dad hunted too. Also Randy mom hunted too. Every weekend camper was loaded and off to a hunt. Richard remarried to a wonderful lady also. Ed Bates Mark Bates and Scott Bates. Richard Johnson Sons Randy, Larry, Kenny hunted too. It would make Richard proud as he told me he wanted to hunt with Ed Bates one more time before something happens to one of them. Ed Bates and Richard Johnson are the only two people left alive that started the United English Breeders Association

Hmm I think maybe I figure out Global Warming . Seems like those Thunder dogs have messed up our storm patterns from barking treed for all these years. We need rain keep those dogs in the kennel....in Thunder Rolls and the lightning strikes. Sorry Larry I could not resist

Sorry John, Global Warming and all The Thunder Rolled last night..Took BJ and Yae Bo.. BJ slamed a big bore then we treed a kittten and a big Pine tree. Ended it up in swamp dogs working 1/2 mile apart and BJ picked for a bit then fell treed in back of swamp and sucked his partners in to him....
