Dustin getting ready to cut Ole Stepper [rags n june] loose tonight, it was threatning rain and lightning but Dustin said he wasnt worried, it didnt take Ole Stepper but a few minutes to put us a coon up a tree, Dustin said he thinks Ole Stepper is the Best Coondog he has ever hunted with, I told Dustin the more I was around him, the more I liked him.

to get Mike come down and help me. Moved them to the AC in the basement and that was a lot better. It was Scar. Terry and i will be bringing his dual grand Penny female down to see Albert in about 10 days. I like my steak thick and tender Perry.

Stepper got out of pocket tonight, its 1 ocklock 83 degrees heat index of 86, took close to 2 hours to get to him, Ole Stepper layed right there with the meat, had to get him to water fast. Ole Rags putting the staying power to them.

Yea, I thought it was pretty good in this heat, it was one of those deals where you are already a way from the truck and two dogs tree 400 yards in, Stepper blew on through a mile and got treed, had to get the other 2 first, then the garmin says Stepper aint but 200 yards from another road, so you have to go all way back to the truck and drive around to him. Normally my hunting buddy DJ and I would have split up and got them faster but I aint heard from him, guess he moved to Tenn.

The Nelson Co Fair is going on this week, I think he is hiding out there, it cost 10 dollars a night but DJ sneaks through the corn field and climbs the fence to get in for free, they have beauty pagents, tractor pulls, greese pig contest and coon squalling contest.

I dont know Perry, I think he would be more worried about the Tractor Pulls, he keeps hoping those Ole John Deeres can pull with those International Harvesters, but he knows it aint never going to happen, most times they cant even get the John Deeres started when it comes their time to pull.
