Good job Jeff and Charlie in finishing Bud. This was definitely his year. Bud is a good hound I know because I had to compete against him with Spud. Now it is time to get some pups on the ground to see he can produce. I am betting he will do well. Congrats and good luck with Bud in the future.

Congrats big brother on the last Nt Ch win.

Bud is a very nice dog to hunt. Good strike dog and
a quick tree dog that has the coon and is consistant.
It has been my pleasure to help Jeff hunt Bud weather
it be in the hunts or pleasure hunting. Thanks big brother.

I had the pleasure of sitting and talking with Paul Vaughn
Saturday evening. Paul asked me if I would do him a favor.
I said " Sure Paul what is it?" Paul said I don't get on the
computer much anymore but would you get on there and
post this for me? I said yes I will.

This is what Paul had to say,
I had the pleasure of spectating the cast that Bud was in
Friday night that made him Dual Grand. I watched when
the dogs were cut loose and Bud shot out and didn't look
back ( And he did this every drop ). When Bud got struck
he drove the track, no boo whoing, and got treed. He was
quick about doing it.

BUD HAS A LOT OF HUSSELL, DRIVE, AND HEART.
BUD IS ALL COONDOG.

Paul Vaughn

As I sat there and listened to Paul, a person that has
hunted with a lot of different dogs over the years, and to
say this about Bud I was at aah. That was quite the
compliment coming from Paul. Because I know Paul well
enough that he is going to tell you what he thinks weather
you like it or not. When I told Jeff of what Paul had said he
too was speechless.
If anyone would like you can call and talk to Paul himself.

Bud is a very nice bluetick that can push a track and get wooded in a hurry. Bud doesn't have to have a track to come treed and he is accurate. Jeff and I have hunted a few times and Bud has shown to be consistent night after night coondog. I like him. If they are good they are good know matter what breeding or color they and and he is a good one. He hasn't been bred too yet but if he can produce his likeness a person will be really happy promoting his pups.

Hunted with Paul Vaughn the other night he hunted
Percolator and a pup and I hunted Charlie and a pup.
Had a good hunt and treed 3 coons. Pups looked good
and seen some good dog work.

Charlie it was good hunitng with you this past weekend and shooting the breeze with you and Paul over that very good steak dinner!
